ARTEMIS
The EU project ARTEMIS (Alliance for Regional Transition, Equality, Mobility, Inclusion, and Sustainability) is a European university alliance that was launched in December 2024. Eight universities from all over Europe, including the Ostbayerische Technische Hochschule (OTH) Regensburg, have joined forces for a period of four years to pool the strengths and diversity of European research and teaching and to address the current challenges facing Europe.
The partner network
The alliance is being funded with a total of 8.64 million euros from EU funds. The project is coordinated by the Université Clermont Auvergne (UCA) from France.
The ARTEMIS alliance consists of eight universities, four of which are universities and four universities of applied sciences, spread across Europe:
- Katholieke Hogeschool Vives, Belgium
- Tallinna Tehnikakõrgkool, Estonia
- Université Clermont Auvergne, France
- OTH Regensburg, Germany
- Università degli Studi di Perugia, Italy
- Høgskulen på Vestlandet, Norway
- Panepistimio Ioanninon, Greece
- Universitatea Ovidius din Constanta, Romania
