The information desk helps with problems using the data network and computers. It provides information and tips, informs about changes or failures of systems and accepts fault reports. For students, it is responsible for changing forgotten passwords.

You can find the information desk in Seybothstraße, room S041 (near the CIP pools) and reach it at 0941/943-5120 or support(at)oth-regensburg.de.
