What is the European Business Studies degree about?

In the Master's in European Business Studies, we prepare you for a management position in an international company. You will learn how changemanagement works in an international context. You will get to know different digitaltools and understand how large amounts of data can be digitally analysed. You will carry out a consultingproject and engage with internationalsalesstrategies. In addition, you can focus your studies by choosing specialisationmodules from either Finance, Human Resource Management, Logistics or Marketing. In the Master's in European Business Studies, you will study in English together with students from all over the world!

  • Lectures are mainly held on the main campus of the OTH Regensburg in the buildings of the Faculty of Business Studies.

  • The accreditation was approved by the internal accreditation commission on January 13, 2019. It is valid until March 14, 2025, subject to the fulfillment of conditions.


  • We encourage students to write their Master's thesis in their third semester at one of our many European partner universities, or in cooperation with an internship in an international company.

  • The Study and Examination Regulations (so-called SPO) form the legal basis for the Master's in European Business Studies. Among other things, they contain information on:

    - Study objective, qualification requirements
    - Programme structure, standard period of study
    - Master's thesis
    - Interpreting examination results and the overall grade
    - Certificate and academic degree
    - Overview of modules, assessments and credits
