The Green Office's now well-established Fair Breakfast took place for the third time on 4 February 2026 as part of #fairbruary. As usual, it was organised in the student union building in cooperation with the student council and the STWNO.
At the most extensive breakfast buffet to date, over 100 participants were able to fortify themselves, discuss upcoming or past exams, and learn about fair trade and OTH Regensburg as a fair trade university. The buffet included coffee, tea, bananas, nuts, muesli, bread and spreads – most of it from fair trade sources, and if not, then from organic and/or local farms.
