Application for Accommodation for Exchange Students

If you are studying at the OTH Regensburg for one or two semesters as part of an exchange programme, you can apply for accommodation in a student dormitory using the following form.
Please read the application carefully before submitting it. To ensure that everything is displayed correctly, please fill in the form on your computer, not on your mobile phone.

Application deadline:

• For the summer semester: 1 December
• For the winter semester: 1 June

Later applications cannot be considered!

It is no longer possible to apply for a room in a student dormitory for the summer semester 2026 - the application deadline was 1 December 2025.

The application form for the winter semester 2026/27 will be published on this page in due time before the next deadline.

Note on the application form

The following application is aimed exclusively at international exchange students. International students who are completing an entire degree programme at the OTH Regensburg have to use the application form on the website for international degree-seeking students.

Please note that you as an exchange student only need to apply for accommodation via the International Office by using this form and not by using any additional forms on dorm websites.
