What is the Business Studies degree about?
The Bachelor's degree programme in Business Studies offers the optimal preparation for a specialist or management career. After graduation, you can be employed in all industries and areas of business management, e.g.
- marketing,
- logistics,
- human resource management,
- finance,
- controlling
- taxes
- project management
In your final year of study, you choose a specialisation.
In addition to theoretical knowledge, you can apply and improve your newly acquired skills and tools in numerous case studies and management simulations as well as projectwork and, of course, in the practicalsemester. We also hone your English and an optional second foreign language and help you to expand your social and methodological skills in special elective modules.
Strengths of the degree programme
- Future-proof or short-lived trend? Trends come and go. With our Bachelor's in Business Studies, you will receive a broad-based education that keeps all your options open for the future. After your specialisation in the 6th and 7th semesters, you will be ready for a specialist function in your field. You will have mastered the relevant (IT) tools, whilst not being limited to that area.
- Theory and practice combined. All professors in the degree programme hold a doctorate and have many years of professional and, in many cases, management experience. Numerous experts from professional practice complement our team of lecturers. Our goal is for you to get off to a flying start after graduation. We will train you to become the specialists and managers that companies are looking for!
