Through the inter-university doctoral centres that OTH Regensburg runs in collaboration with Munich University of Applied Sciences and Nuremberg Technical University in six research fields relevant to the future, it is specifically strengthening its research output and doctoral opportunities.

As part of the further development of these centres, additional members of OTH Regensburg have been appointed, thereby recognising their academic achievements.

At the Doctoral Centre for Applied Computer Science (PZAI), these are:

  • Prof. Dr Sebastian Fischer
  • Prof. Dr Florian Kellner
  • Prof. Dr Stephan Scheele
  • Prof. Dr Anja Schmiedt

The following new members have been appointed to the Doctoral Centre for the Social and Health Sciences Approach to Transformation Processes (PZSGT):

  • Prof. Dr Manuela Brandstetter
