With an average rating of 4.23 out of a possible 5 stars, the university is just 0.07 stars behind the top-ranked University of Mannheim, making it the most popular university of applied sciences in Germany. Students were particularly impressed by the modern facilities and the high level of expertise among the lecturers.

OTH Regensburg also ranks among the top tier in the assessment of individual faculties: the Faculty of Business and Management achieved 10th place out of a total of 537 faculties assessed across Germany, with a score of 4.36 stars.
About the ranking
The Jurafuchs ranking is based on the analysis of online reviews and primarily reflects student satisfaction. For the university review, a total of 168,005 reviews on Google and Studycheck were analysed for 83 colleges and universities with at least 10,000 students. The faculty review is based on 148,728 reviews for 537 faculties (minimum number: 50 reviews).
