After-work seminar: ‘From the pressure to transform to the ability to transform’
The continuing education week will conclude on a high note with the after-work seminar on Friday, 8 May 2026, from 5 pm. Under the motto “Evening Learning”, interested parties are invited to round off the working day in an inspiring atmosphere whilst engaging with a highly topical subject in a concise and practical manner.
Under the title “From the pressure to transform to the competence to transform. The key to successful corporate development”, renowned speakers from academia and industry will explore how organisations can successfully meet the ever-increasing demands for change. In the face of pressure for sustainability, digital transformation and increasing complexity, the question arises as to why many transformation projects stall despite clear strategies.
In two concise keynote presentations, Dr Kendra Pöhlmann from OTH Regensburg and Dr Ruth Nürnberger from Brückner Maschinenbau GmbH will demonstrate in a practical manner which competencies are crucial not only for shaping change but also for embedding it sustainably.
Afterwards, light refreshments will be served, providing an opportunity for informal conversation, discussion of the topics covered, and the chance to expand your professional network.
Participation is free of charge. Registration is required. The event will take place at the OTH Regensburg’s Galgenberg Campus in the foyer and Lecture Theatre D 002, Galgenbergstraße 30, 93053 Regensburg.
