Loss or defect of the OTH Regensburg card
In the event of loss or defect of the OTH Regensburg card, please report to the Admissions and Organisation Office. To ensure that your new card can be processed in advance, please send us an e-mail (studentenausweis@oth-regensburg.de) with the following content
- ID-compatible passport photo in portrait format
- matriculation number
- surname, first name
- study program
- loss or defect
You will then be notified when your new ID card is ready for collection at the Admissions and Organisation Office (room V018).
If you lose the OTH Regensburg card, you will be asked to pay a replacement fee of 10 Euro. Please apply for a new card only when you are sure that you need one. Before you apply for the card, please check your student e-mail. Cards are often found and delivered to the university, so it is possible that someone already e-mailed you about that. If you apply for a new card, you must pay the replacement fee even if you find the lost card. You can pay this fee from your phone by scanning a QR code when you come pick up your card. We accept Paypal, direct debit, MasterCard or Visa.
Please keep in mind that our office is not open during the lunch break (12 noon - 1 PM). Our opening hours are Monday - Friday 8:30 AM - 12 noon and additionally on Tuesday and Thursday 1-3 PM.
With the newly issued OTH Regensburg card, please contact the following offices regarding
- credit balance - service office in the cafeteria (Mensa)
- library card - university library
- printing costs -info desk at the computer center
- authorization to participate in sports -info desk at the computer center
