Structure and modules
How is the study programme structured?
The part-time course comprises a standard period of study of seven semesters, although it is possible to shorten and individually adapt the course of study. The course has a modular structure and consists of six face-to-face modules and one online module (semesters 1 to 5) as well as the Master's thesis (semesters 6 and 7).
The module weeks, which are organized in blocks, are thematically self-contained and therefore also allow the modules to be taken individually.
Studies and organisational matters
So that everything runs smoothly
When and where do the courses take place? What are the admission requirements? Is the degree programme accredited? We answer these and even more questions below.
The individual modules usually take place in the form of week-long blocks from Saturday to Saturday from 8:15 am to approx. 17:15 pm in classroom presence form. Sunday is lecture-free. The dates are announced well in advance, which makes it easier for you to plan. The degree programme is part-time and can be easily combined with a full-time job and private commitments.
The courses take place on the campus of the OTH Regensburg. The entire infrastructure of the university is available to you during your studies (IT equipment, library, student house, cafeteria, university sports etc.). You are enrolled as a regular student.
