The Pitch & Snack format, which was launched in 2025, has successfully started a new round in 2026. A total of four sessions are planned throughout the year, which are based on the four main areas of research at OTH Regensburg.
The topic of digital transformation kicked things off. As part of the 30-minute online format, topic-specific funding opportunities were presented in a compact and practical manner. In addition, professors presented their current research focuses and ongoing projects in this area. The programme was complemented by two exciting pitches from young start-ups. Innovative approaches to civilian interceptor drones and the "Regensburg Sidequest" app were presented. Pitch & Snack thus offered a versatile platform for different topics, perspectives and target groups relating to digital transformation - interdisciplinary, practical and open to new ideas.
