Department of Human Resources

At the OTH Regensburg, we are the point of contact for employees in all matters relating to service and employment. From recruitment to termination of employment, we accompany and support the staff of the OTH Regensburg with their personnel related concerns. We regard ourselves as a service institution for all departments, faculties and university facilities with the purpose of providing assistance in all human resource management issues.

Our department is divided into four offices: Collective Bargaining Law, Civil Service Law, Academic Teaching Obligations and Human Resource Development.
