‘Teaching with a Plan’ accompanied participants over the course of a semester. The kick-off took place in the form of an introductory workshop, in which doctoral students and postdocs acquired basic knowledge of university didactics and were prepared for their entry into teaching. The subsequent practical phase enabled participants to accompany each other in small groups during courses and exchange feedback. The programme was rounded off with a joint final workshop. Here, experiences and insights were exchanged and new perspectives and innovative approaches for the participants' own teaching were developed.
The application phase for the next round of ‘Teaching with a Plan’ in the summer semester of 2026 is currently underway. Interested parties can apply for the programme, which is offered as part of the ZAP.OTHR project, until 18 January 2026.
