To withdraw from an AW Module you have registered for, please write an e-mail to the lecturer and ask him/her to remove your name from the participant list.
Some courses have a limited number of participants. In such cases, a randomised selection process decides who will receive a place. You will be informed whether you received a spot in the class via email after the selection process is concluded.
Should you not have received a place:
- If you do not need to take the course this semester: take the course in a following semester
- If you need to take a course this semester:
- Visit the AW Website to look for another class that still has places available
- For semester courses: Attend the first class, to see if you may still receive a spot
- For intensive or block courses: Ask for a place by contacting the instructor via email
