Master Management of Intercultural Issues

Globalization, internationalization, transnational networking: people from a wide range of industries work together interculturally and internationally. In everyday contexts, in regional companies, social institutions or municipal authorities, for example, different cultures come together. This is where people are needed who recognize intercultural problems, act in a culturally sensitive manner and develop valuable impulses and solutions.

This degree program is experience-oriented and focuses on practical relevance with intercultural communication and conflict management, international action competence and project management. As a result, our students are highly sought after by numerous employers and play a socially relevant role in the job market of the 21st century.

Would you like to gain further qualifications in this direction after completing your Bachelor's degree or first state examination in teaching (subjects: German, History, English), and would you like to rethink and successfully shape intercultural contexts, settings and challenges in your future professional life? - Then this study program is a good choice!
